REGISTRATION AND HOTEL RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS

Welcome to Conclave 2024 in beautiful Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. We look forward to seeing you! Conclave events kick off on Sunday, September 15 and run through Thursday, September 19, with departures planned for Friday, September 20. 

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:  A rally, scenic drives, tech sessions and presentations, Gymkhana and Funkhana, popular car show, raffle, live auction, Rocker Cover Racing, photo contest, arts and craft contests, and more.

OPTIONAL EVENTS AND REGALIA are extra, including:  Sunday opening social, Tuesday BBQ, Thursday awards banquet, Concours judging, Road America track laps/historic race circuit driving tour, and ladies’ wine & crafts.

NO REFUNDS AFTER July 1, 2024. For cancellations prior to July 1, fees will be refunded in full less a $35 processing fee.

ARIENS ART ON WHEELS VINTAGE WEEKEND FEATURING VSCDA/HEALEY WORLD CHALLENGE: On September 13, 14 and 15 prior to Conclave 2024, VSCDA will feature races at Road America.  Conclave participants coming to the races will have the opportunity to purchase VIP packages in advance.  Current planning is that Conclave participants will receive event tickets, paddock parking passes for the Healey Showcase parking area located across from victory circle, and touring passes. Also, a Saturday evening catered banquet is being planned on the grounds of Road America with a Healey related speaker. The banquet will require an additional ticket purchase to attend. TICKET PACKAGES FOR THESE EVENTS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE THROUGH THE VSCDA WEBSITE AT VSCDA.ORG.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

Blue Harbor Resort

The block of 159 rooms for Conclave reserved at the Blue Harbor Resort have been sold out.  There are a few rooms such as the Loft Suites at $329/night (city View) or $359/night (Lake View) and Captain Suites are available at $399/night plus resort fees of $12.99 and taxes. The current Wisconsin state sales tax is 5%, county tax is 0.5% and lodging tax is 8%.  

There are also 2-Bedroom and 4-Bedroom Villas in the Conclave Block at Blue Harbor which are suited for large groups (6 – 12). The 2-Bedroom courtyard villas are $439/night and the 4-Bedroom courtyard villas are $649/night Courtyard plus resort fee and taxes.  Lakeview villas are available at +$50 per night.

Backup Hotels

We have made arrangements for back-up hotels in Sheboygan.  Those currently available for booking discount rooms for Conclave are The Watershed Hotel, The Harbor Winds Hotel and LaQuinta Inn.  The Watershed and Harbor Winds are minutes from Blue Harbor Resort while LaQuinta is near Interstate 43 about 3.7 miles from Blue Harbor (an 11-minute drive). 

IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE VSCDA RACES AT ROAD AMERICA PRIOR TO CONCLAVE OR WANT TO STAY OVER AFTER CONCLAVE, you will want to select the Harbor Winds Hotel or LaQuinta Inn locations as rooms prior and after Conclave week are available.  You will need to get on a waiting list for extended days at the Watershed Hotel as they are booked for weddings. 

When contacting the hotels, let them know that you are with the Austin-Healey Club attending Conclave to get the listed discount rates.
